There's were a couple interesting tips in this article. Several of the tips suggested simply saving money, living below your means can help you on your way to the "top". This is always good advice even if you don't aspire to make it to the "top" (because the view from the top isn't always so great anyway). Although it's good advice, it did seem slightly odd when I'd always heard people say 'you have to spend money to make money.'
Do something for work that you love doing was another tip from the millionaires, which also makes since, especially when one of the tips before that was to work hard. You would certainly be more likely to work hard at something you liked.
Investing in things others are not was also an interesting idea. The idea about renting out a foreclosed house sounded like a great idea. Something I've noticed that kind of goes along with this advice is that some of the oddest jobs, jobs some people might not even realize exist often make the most money. For instance, perfume modeling is a job most might not pay much attention to, but a job perfume modeling can pay $15 an hour and often has flexible hours.
